T bar Allen key set

    Can any one recommend a good value for money set and (had experience) of using one ?.......and please dont lets start a Halfords vs Snap on debate...........!!!

    But hasn't that Draper set got the ball end on the end of the long shaft and regular square-cut end on the short shaft?

    it has............but want square ended long shaft ones ! :mad:

    But surely the idea is that you overcome the initial tightness with the square-cut short shaft and the flip over to the ball end and spin the bolt out?

    But you have Rich.......yes had a look earlier at these i guess with the lesser known named makes you have to take a punt......look good though !

    hi rob ,i use some teng gear at work ,have not broken any yet, or rounded off any bolts whilst using it. but i have broken quite a few halfords professional tools.

    I know not exactly what you are after - but I have a set of T-Bar allen and Hex drivers from Aldi - not always available but will be buying a set for home - only use them on furniture so different to vehicle mechanics but no problems to date.
