I recently bought a set of the Tech Spec tank pads; I can't remember the exact name but they are the more discrete type (the least textured).

They havn't met with my expectation so I have now bought stompgrip carpet runner jobbies.

It turns out the Tech Spec are resusable & can be removed & reapplied at will.

Does anyone want to try them?

It will cost you about £3 in postage & if you like them, you could make a small donation to charity; they cost me thirty odd quids (I think).

The least textured is High Fusion...

I have had Snake Skin on my CBR600 which I found was good, and now I put the new material C3 on the Blade, and they are perfect!! Soft, grippy, and don't hurt when riding without Leather trousers...

Looks like you have an HRC like me, how does the black look on it, I can't imagine it on mine? Can you post a picture?
    Thanks WF

Hey Swiss, can I ask why they didn't live up to your expectations please? Also, how easy were they to remove? Cheers

They didn't provide me with the grip level I want; but they are the least grippy material so it's my bad.

They peeled off very easy when I removed them.

I placed mine with a small gap at the front of them, trying to keep a little bit of the red stripe on the tank... Not bothered either way, placement was the most important thing...

    Cheers WF
