just a quick question, have received my techspec's today the bumpf that comes with them recommends cleaning the tank with rubbing alcohol before application, don't have rubbing alcohol but I do have surgical spirit, will this be okay to use on the tank ? taking into account Honda's thin paint finish !
The main purpose for this exercise is to remove grease, thus letting the Gripsters, 'Grip' White Spirit in minimal amount will be fine.
