Just been out to the local wildlife park up in the Midlands testing a Panasonic Lumix G6.

Really easy to use piece of kit, Paired it to a 45-200mm lens (90-400mm equiv).

System cameras are pretty scary in terms of quality these days. Makes an awful lot of people have a serious look at their kit.

I've got two bags full of SLR's and their accoutrements sat in the top of the ward robe waiting for me to show an interest in them again but on the few occasions I've been asked to shoot stuff recently I've just grabbed my bridge camera.

Unless the lotto fairy dumps a 5D on my doorstep with a box full of 'L' glass, I can't see it changing in the near future either.

Great shots right out of the box there, MK.
