    Just to continue with my run of bad luck went into hospital today for manipulation under general anaesthetic of my left shoulder. Ended up with arthroscopic surgery to release it, arm in a sling and 6 weeks off work. Could take up to a year to get full range of movement back. I'm aiming to be riding sometime in January otherwise there might be bloodshed in the house.

    Sorry to hear this Maz.

    But I feel a huge wave of sympathy towards Andy over the next couple of months.

    It won't stop me laughing at him, but I'll be feeling his pain too.
