Well, after what seems like waiting for ages since I placed my order on the 23rd January, at last I now have a new addition to my garage. With just 3 miles on the clock (PDI), now I'm just waiting for a dry and warm day to take her out. This is my second blade, but first ever NEW bike. Sorry for so many pics............ Just so happy. Still waiting for the Repsol SP seat cowl to arrive, but should be here within a day or two. First things to change are the levers, then the tail tidy which I've already got (Thanks to Graeme Walker), and then the RaceFit, which I'll fit after she's run in.
Brilliant Jim ,it's lovely when it's brand new,I bet I ain't wrong but before you go to work you will have a sly look in garage I won't be wrong.i am pleased for you Jim ,try twelve months from ordering to getting sp ,don't be tempted wait till good weather arrives won't be long hot Tarmac new tyres,cold Tarmac new tyres spells trouble .take it easy Jim and enjoy,btw what is the machine parked next to it
Beautiful bike, enjoy...probably a bit too soon to be sure but so far it's looking like it's going to be a good weekend
The other machine is an Aprilia RSV (2003), just charged up the battery on it and she's running perfectly.
weather app on my phone says 15 degrees on Sunday (12 on Saturday), granted at the moment it's cold enough to freeze the nipples of a badger, but i'm optimistic
Very nice indeed, just a warning, I bought my new blade home a couple of years back and with 4 miles on the clock my adult son asked if he could sit on it, you can work the rest out for yourself
