    So, this arrived today:

I took it out for a sneaky spin, and my first impressions are:

    a) The last time I adopted this position a child got on my back and rode me like a horse.

    b) Can anyone recommend some neck exercises?

    c) I am not sure of the utility of a lap timer, nor whether that much the precious space on the TFT should be taken up by it.

    d) I'm going to need some smaller boots.

    e) It smaller than the RGV250 I had in the 90s.

    f) Its very loud, but rather glorious with it.

    g) It makes very little sense at the speed limit, but once you start lobbing it about at indecent speeds it all comes alive.

    h) Can someone please point me in the direction of the nearest track.

It took the poor brain a second or two to work out what was going on !

Really nice - someone has done a proper job of that.;)

Yup, I have to agree. The Tiger is the best colour scheme they ever did, not that im biased :)
Followed closely by the Rothmans one...

Not least because it goes with @mk3golfcab 's hoodie. Although that will become even more relevant tomorrow ;)

Not yet. It's in the For Sale section a the moment. New bike arrives tomorrow then I'll book the RR5 in for it's MOT and start advertising it properly. Then I'm good to start exercising on my new Blade.

Looks awesome that mate, love those Akrapovic exhausts too!

Get some tank protection on there too..... Well, protect the tank. I have a special paint job on mine and I found that my leathers rubbed where your knees rest on that tank side infill panel. On regular blades they are black plastic nobbly things, on mine and yours they form part of the paint job. Looks great but is in high rub area.

I used clear Eazi Grips on mine but wasn't happy with them, I've since took them off completely and got some standard black nobbly infill panels instead.

Good call. I don't want to replace those panels with standard ones as that would rather spoil the whole scheme, given that the tips of the "flames" cover those panels. I'll go for some film, but currently can't find anyone selling any which would fit, as obviously on the standard bike it is not necessary. May need to cut some myself.
