Took a friends daughter to her prom tonight along the seafront at Exmouth. Roof down, DJ and dicky bow, wayfarers on and the UFO in the sky. Road closed and lined with people basking in my awesomeness. That's what July is supposed to be about.
I just went and blasted a hundred miles on the bike and found out that Oxfords Hein gerrick does not have a bike night on a Thursday and the H-cafe isn't open late but found some nice roads and even squeezed in some knee down action Although some bozo on a millie didn't see me and pulled out in front of me as I was going onto a roundabout near the H-cafe, he got a bit of a shock as shot past him on the exit (on one wheel, oops).
Glad to hear you managed to get out and enjoy the weather... its all down hill from here onwards... i got to work soaked today - forgot me waterproofs in the office....Never Again!
Have to go for a blast to H cafe soon , I used to go there then it was Fox cafe alot , Its a good blast from where I live ( Near Thorpe Park ).
Mondays are 'bike night' but I might be there tomorrow evening & sunday if it's nice (the wife's booked me for Saturday daytime)
