Strictly this evening: Both Susanna Reid and Rachel Riley…….I am going to be in heaven. Ling just said ‘Now I know why you were so keen to watch it’ Yeah Man, bring it on.
I used to love Christmas. To me it was always redolent with the warm feelings of nostalgia for yule gone by, when even I, may squeak out a butlers revenge amount of goodwill to all mankind... Then Strictly Come Fecking Dancing arrived and my missus frigging loves it. Every bloody tea time, every sodding Saturday and Sunday between September and the holidays, the lousy, stinking crappy turd that is Strictly Come Fecking Dancing infects my whole being, not just up to Christmas Eve, when you think it's all over, but into the Christmas special and the further adventures of has been D listers who are happy to do something badly in front of millions of people just to cling by their finger nails to another few weeks of fame before oblivion and the shopping channel claim them forever and the BBC can make a profit other than that mandated by the licence fee by charging you to phone in and vote for the sad sack no hoper of your choice... And now, I don't enjoy Christmas as much...
I was having a great day Steve, then my personal Black Dog came to visit. Now all I can think of is the dreaded chewing gum for the hard of thinking that is Strictly Come Fecking Dancing.
I've fancied the ARSE of Susanna Reid since she was a fresh faced 24 year old Newsreader on the BBC. She's still 'Fit As' nearly 20 years later!
I would like to personally thank Ken for brightening my day with his prior rant. I've just started a new job and this morning found it particularly hard to motivate myself into actually turning my laptop on. I think being inbetween jobs for three months has meant it has been difficult getting back into the swing of things again. So I thought I'd have a look on the old iPhone at the forum to cheer myself up. I then saw Ken's rant and it hasn't half cheered me up, it's nice to know there's always someone worse off then yourself in any given scenario.......THANKS KEN
You're more than welcome. I'm sure you won't be surprised to know that's there's a lot more bile where that came from and if it made your transition into your new job all the smoother, then at least it did some good. Unless your new job is one of the new professional dancers in Strictly Come Fecking Dancing, of course!!!!
Ummmmmm Rachael Riley can tackle my conundrum anyday! I'd love to consonant, vowel, consonant ,consonant her!
