Yes that seat did look a little precarious, wouldn't want to be Sat in these myself, but wouldn't mind having a go at the controls :)

Was it these two? Geraint Roberts and Dagmar Lensing, they build heysuki sidecars.
    That's an R1 flattened!

Don't know him, but he was at oulton park a couple of years back when I was doing a track day, turned up with an R1 powered outfit, it was scary quick. They build engines I believe as well as sidecar outfits.

Awesome!! I'd have a ride in it. But only in full leathers etc.

Would love to have a go passenger on track too.

I also took a look around this and also concluded that to sit in the passenger seat one must leave ones brain at home and hope you get home to re- unite with your head lol

    Great looking machine though!

Could very well have been them, the outfit was definitely powered by an R1 engine, so unless it has been sold on to someone else, i'd say so.

I'd love a go in either seat on track! But preferably a pukka perch in the sidecar. An r1 engine? You'd be sucking rabbits right enough!

Something similar turns up at 'H's' on the A2 in Kent, I think it's Suzuki powered. Only had a quick blast around a farm yard in the chair of a formula 2 outfit, sans body work, wearing just jeans, trainers and t shirt. Frightening!

Thought I would say Hello, it was us on the Yellow Heysuki Sidecar, from Robertsracing.com at Oswestry.

I used to race years back ( when I was thin and had hair ) doing the TT, club, Nationals, Supercup and so on but decided to put a few on the road after I stopped track racing.

Specs will be interesting if you dont know sidecars.....
    Frame ours reynolds 531
engine R1 our spec and build
    weight 166kg with fuel
tyres avon special compound 10" wide
fastest ever data recorded 0 to 122 mph 3.28 seconds from the MCN
fastest ever data recorded top speed 192.97 ( between Creg and Brandish on mad sunday )
fastest flying lap at oulton park full circuit 1 minute 33.4 ( with a marshal sitting screaming in terror in the chair )
sticks to the road like a magnet. Goes round lefts as if they are not there. It does however have one major drawback regarding solo riders.
We dont brake going into a bend, we actually accelerate and couple that with no brake light either so no visual clues,
it can easily pull a solo into a corner quicker than they want to be. We solved this by having the passenger wear an intercom link and so
they can warn the driver to "think bike".

It works out at 1078 bhp per ton so I guarantee it will get your attention at traffic lights. If you want to experience a run, let me know,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
