Tight spot in DiD chain

    Hi, fitted DiD chain and AFAM sprockets to the blade and 600 F4i yesterday .ON checking this morning both chains have a tight spot.First time ive seen this with new chains .Anyone any thoughts.
    I have refitted both chains but still the same.........???????????????
