So i had a guy contact me about a month back for something i was selling, we exchange PM's and several text messages - agreed on a date..and he does not turn up.. (buyer from this forum) So i put the item up for sale - he contacts me again...I go out of my way to drop the forks to my brother so he can collect them on Sunday as i was out.. ...and guess what...no show, & ignores my messages.. I am so pissed off!! Hate people who waste my time!!! (no point is naming, just check my posts if you really want to know) Twats!
Agree what's the point in wasting your time when the person has no intentions or money to buy , you need more people like me and aether Daley daz who don't waste people's time. Hopefully he will ask again but I know what my reply would be f. K. O..
Appreciate what you are saying and agree 100% However if it is the guy I think you are referring to, I have sold some parts to him and he has also helped me out too. I am sure he will be in touch soon. I expect there was some reason for the no show.
If I don't have the money I'd not piss someone around. I've bought 5 x items on here since I've been here last week and 3 of them (you included Si) have been gracious enough to hold them a few days until I could sort my funds. People who mess others around wind me up as it spoils it for others. One person here actually posted to me BEFORE he had my money! That really restored my faith in human beings.
Sounds like you just got unlucky fella? i have sold a few bits on here in the last week and found them to be as good as there word! even bought my bike last week off of someone on here and he turned out to be 1st class! hope it sorts itself out for you mate
