So after picking my new bike from a well known dealer I noticed there was to much oil in her so I drained some out 650ml Can't believe a garage could overfill by that much, I must say I was disappointed

What year bike is it? With Honda's you just rest the dipstick in (don't screw it in) before taking a reading - presume that's what you did to check it? The bike also needs to be upright on a level surface (i.e. not on side stand). 650 ml does sound a lot over - not like a dealer to give something away!

Too much oil is usually a danger area to get into,,if it foams from the crank rotation all hell can be let loose,,,just not good at all.

You should of taken it to them and asked for it to be checked and record what they did.
