That is the question, watched LC's vlog with eager anticipation and the healtech looks good, have asked LC If he is still running it and how it's going after using it for a good wee while now, if it's all good I am thinking it could be the one, anyone else got any input on the healtech qse?

    Cheers Daz

Sorry Daz for the late reply, yes quick shifter is great still using it no issues works very well. Only pain it cuts ignition both directions on the lever, Healtech sent me a new sensor which can be mounted in line on the shift rod which is supposed to cut down false cuts on downshifts.. Not fitted it yet though as its tank off which is a pain on my bike.. Next time it's apart I will fit it.

But excellent piece of kit for the money no regrets about selling the HM plus at all!

It's a strain gauge so will cut on upshifts and downshifts?

Cheers LC that confirms the shifter for me, one quick question does it ship now with the upgraded sensor?

Yes it's a strain gauge sensor but the old type mounts on top of the gear spindle so detects movement but due to location cannot determine the direction of the movement. The HM plus is also strain gauge but mounts in line on the shift rod so can determine whether it's being compressed or extended as you change gear. The qse now also mounts inline so can also determine so Healtech tell me but untested until I fit the new sensor in the new location .

Cool things is automatic firmware update via app, opened the app to show someone at the weekend and flagged up a new version was available and did I want to update the unit via Bluetooth.

It's a very clear bit of kit :)
