If the oil hasn't been changed since new then it could definitely do with being changed after 22k miles.

As for which oil why not ring Colin from 100% and ask him ? His mobile is on his website and he's always willing to help.

100% is ok for a setup, He has ballsed up too many bikes for me to let him do anything else.

Standard springs in all hondas are too short. Take your bike to mct in stowmarket and get him to fit new linear springs matched to your weight and get him to rebuild the rear shock too. You may need an ohlins spring for the shock but thats only about £45 extra. Should cost about £450 with an ohlins spring on the rear, linear fork springs new oil and gas and a complete setup. The best money you can spend on the bike!!

Colin put the wrong oil in a mates forks causing all sorts of probs. he also rebuilt anothe friends ohlins rear shock with worn out components.

Darren at mct is honest and dose a good job. He won't let you spend money if it dosnt need it.
