Afternoon folks looking for some help here. I’ve got a 17 plate model and I’ve got my first track day at Knockhill this coming Sunday. Can someone advise - 1) By how much I should drop the tyre pressures for the event ? 2) Has anyone rode the circuit with a Racefit exhaust fitted and had any issues with the noise limit. You didn't say what tyres you have. Some mfrs actually post an info sheet or web page of good pressures to start at - then you may need to adjust during the day.
