Track days tyres

    Going to do my second track day noticed my bike needs a rear tyre, currently running pilot power 2ct tyres, what tyres would you recommend ?

    Yeah the Dunlop D212gp pro are awesome track tyres :)

    Probably be my last track day this year so iv bought another pilot power 2ct for the rear, but i will purchase some of the d212 for next year... cheers...

    recommend tyre pressures ?

    I tired power ones and wasn't keen. They better ?
    Pressure for 212? 2ct best to ask hot pressure of the day from the tyre geezer of the day mate. They should no best

    I use 31/32 front hot 21/22 rear hot d212

    I was getting bad wear anything over 2324 mmmm I get lovely wear now might be different when I jump on the blade

    I use 33 21 off the warmers on the 212

    Cant believe the dunlops run so low on the rear!???

    why is that?

    Wow I'm runnin them well high to u boys. I did do 23 then 24 then mate said do 25 ,,,, I did and it cleaned it up the best it had been. Do u feel the front is a bit soft / flexy at 31?
    I have an issue of wallowing goin into the left aftr snet back straight,,, might have something to do with it ?

    N tec construction what ever that means. Means low px. Also like Michelin ?

    might be your suspension set up mate? more than pressure.... but you are scrubbing a fair bit of speed there.... be more concerned if you was getting it on the big right handers??

    I have uped the front a psi and will do another I think but feels sound as a pound

    If youre riding to the track the 212gp but if not, has to be kr106/108 :D

    Sorry to jump up me and yorkshire tyke are using slicks next year I've run d212gp all season well since d211 ages ago .

    What are you paying for kr106/108 and what's the difference cheers for any help
