    Hi

Are there any guidlines or suggestions for track bike engine maintenance (beside oil and filter change)?
What to inspect at given mileage?

I have a 2018 CBR1000RR as a track only bike and so far have done 3 seasons of track riding/racing, total about 5000 track km.

    Cheers,
    Arvo

You've just got to be realistic and up the service schedule, using the mileage as a gauge.
These bikes are pretty bulletproof, but if you're mechanically minded then you'll naturally keep checking pads, fluids, suspension etc. and preempt any issues before they arise as the last thing you want is mechanical issues ruining your trackday.

a lot depends how hard & how long the bike is riden.
If I were a track top flyer, I would do the change after getting home.
Short busrts of high speed for a limited period, probably 3~4k miles if you are running on quality synthetic oil
