Tried searching but to no avail.

What do you guys pay? What's covered etc etc?

    Thanks in advance

Google Simon Farquhar, he does trackday insurance.
I pay £68 a month and get £1200 back each month for a year.
Pays you for time off work if you crash on track or most normal accidents. Don't think this covers racing though.

I looked into it years ago wasn't worth the paper it was printed on, didn't cover much. I just got track fairings instead

I had to use the recommended by Fuck Em events (four counties) for my Almerian off last Dec although they were using Capital beware of what you buy and read small print especially if tracking in Europe
I had private hospital and op within hours another rider was refused as his insurance wasn't recognised by this hospital and he was treated in local general,,....
Couldn't fault hospitals effiency and service... Even if they couldn't speak English ! "Pain or Pee" was all we needed to know ! Lol

MCE did have track cover in their comp road insurance on my insurance from 2015, the excess was about half the the bike though but it seems you are covered for the other half ;) better than nowt :D

doesn't cover damage to you though, but I guess its the change you take on track...more a change to get killed on the road, but at least you are covered lol ;)

that's completely different insurance to the normal t/day insurance (which I wouldn't bother buiyng anyway).as far as I'm aware,FE don't say your have to use 4counties,it's just who they recommend,as in they get something back I'm sure.you have to have repatriation insurance or they wont allow you on track,no euro trackday company will.

for euro trips I've been using holiday safe, which is a lot cheaper than 4counties etc.

Another vote for Holiday Safe. Just a bout to renew the annual policy this week. 105 pound for the world cover.
    Does mention bike stuff damage,

Used 4 counties in the past and had a claim on them. No problem at all.

Not sure the point of 800 a year and doesnt cover the bike tbh.

I do believe the OP was for trackday insurance! HolidaySafe....haha try claiming off them if you fall off on track!
My post was for personal accident cover, I'm self employed and don't get paid to sit at home. It would cover the best part of my bills.

why have you had issues claiming off holiday safe?

2 lads have had offs on euro trips, and got paid out no problem, mick even claimed for his leathers, helmet+gloves and got paid for them aswell.

i think we are takling about different policy types,i'm more replying to repsol robs post, your obviisously talkng about loss of earnings insurance, something i have no idea about, and the holiday safe policy certainly
    isn't one of those types.

    carry on ;)
