Sorry guys I know this has probably been done to death but, I have been using Dunlop 211s which I'm happy with, just wondered if there's anything else I should be looking at before buying a new set,any feedback on the following most welcome_

    Metzeler racetec, racetec interact
    Pirelli supercorsa sp,spv2,scv2

What's the difference between all these versions ?

    Dunlop 212gp rear only comes in 190+ I run a 180/55 on my R6 what difference would running a 190 make ?

The age old question to which there is no answer
"one man's meat is another man's poison "
All the tyres mentioned are good, but i don't know if you will like them, same goes for the 190

I've been using the Michelin Power Supersport Evo's, love them to bits but I use my blade for both track and road.

I've run Dunlops for years firstly d209's and then d211's medium front, endurance rear on my R6 then CBR6rr. Good wear, great predictable grip but tyre pressures are critical on rear set hot 22 psi otherwise they prone to cold tearing in certain conditions.

Huge thread with lots of handy info about tires on track

    http://1000rr.co.uk/threads/what-fast-road-trackday-tyres.309/

    Worth a look

if it's a track only bike then maybe look at slicks? I have used tyres from Dunlops Sportsmarts to D211's. Just depends on what type of rider you are (Fast group etc..) and if it's a track only bike?
