Really wanna do some this year but all the tracks on nolimits are nowhere near york. apart from croft which is all booked up. ehat other companies do track days and what tracks can i go to nearer me?
I'm lucky in the midlands but I still seem to always venture to the furthest ones ha ha mallory 40 miles away donny 50 and silverstone and oulton about 70 but cadwell is next one around 150 ha ha we always make a night of it go day before get in a nice hotel or b&b can't beat nice little jacuzzi before trackday ha ha
Haha top stuff looks like a right pampering sesh!!! If you told me there was a curry involved id be sold!!!
From York you have Cadwell Park - one of the most challenging and rewarding tracks out there - do it soon before it changes and looses its character as I hear they are making the narrow woodland sections open and erm. 'non-wooded' Heading West you have Oulton and then Anglesey, or down M1 to Donington Park - which is an easy run Of Elvington Airfield for 1/4 drag strip thing
Perhaps you might want to consider.................................................................................................moving south ?
I suppose you only go swimming or go for a beer with women just sitting there with shorts on not blowing each other off lol ......
if moving south involves gay jaccuzzi parties ,i think you are better off staying up here and using the natural race track known as the yorkshire dales. i have ridden all around the country on bikes and found that anything bellow derby is not very challenging ,other than wales which is full of condescending coppers who are out to keep you out of their country just in case you hit one of their wifes (see sheep.)
I'm pretty certain we have nothing this side of Castle Combe. Of course, we used to have Dartmoor which is like Cadwell, Oliver's Mount, Santa Pod and Knockhill all rolled into one with the added bonus of burger and ice cream vans every four or five miles and being free. It's all 40 mph now. Ponies are hard...
