I bought a solar panel charger from Maplins last year. Left it connected to the bike over the winter and the battery was fine in the spring.

This is the one I got, currently under ten beer tokens.

Hi I got a basic ctek with mu subscription yo PB about 4 years ago. Had it on 3 bikes and never had a dead battery since started using it. I've also just this week ripped out my dodgy homemade fag lighter off the bike and replaced it with....

So I can charge my phone safe in the comfort of not blowing the bike up!

Hunts Manchester really don't recommended these at all, down to one guy who connected the bike to the charger and then started his bike, not sure why you would do this but personally never had a problem with it.

Dunno why Peeps still wana fit a Fag lighter outlet on their Bikes?

USB outlets are 'where it's at' and are future proof for the foreseeable!
