Just a quick post to say these guys are superb! Had the blade booked in for a custom map today, all went well until i rode home and noticed terrible bogging and stuttering at low revs, high revs sweet, low revs terrible. So i called them when i got home at 5.15 and they said come back now and they would wait on for me. Anyway long story short left there at 8.30 after further dyno time and diagnosics and lots of fukcing about for them with the culprit being a faulty PCV! 2 mechanics and the main man Dave Tyson wouldnt stop until it was 100%, despite getting rocks of his wife because he should have been at a wedding! They are even send the PCV off to get it sorted! Excellent, truly excellent customer service!!
Not the first to have a doggy PCV unit mate My first one left me stranded miles from nowhere when it finally packed in and almost ruined my trackday until I unplugged the unit !! But they replaced it and touch wood all is good with it now, not had any problems and after the custom map the bike is running spot on. Sound like a great bunch, not many give customer service like that anymore would be interested to see if you get an explanation from Dynojet UK (I didn't, as they could not test it ??)
