Does anyone know if this tyre should pass an MOT?

Uses for a track day only...

Its a road legal, track focused tyre.

Im not sure on the tread depth for the road though I wouldnt use it on track again personally.

Does it says its not legal for highway use?

Those tyres are all road legal. The only ones that arent are slicks and race wets which are stamped as not road legal.

Its clearly had some chewing on the right hand side to be fair but the tyres themselves are road legal

Has it more than 1.7mm across 75% of it's tread pattern?

If so, carry on my Son! ;)
