Did my first track day on my GSXR 600 srad on Saturday. Noticed i am getting an odd wear pattern on the front. The rubber is raised on the left side of the tyre on the outer most tread. I have read this is could be due to incorrect rebound ( too much or too little ). Can anybody shed any light on it for me ? Probably down to my inadequate riding skills...

    some pics would help mate....

it very unlikely down to your riding, just your suspension set up and/or tyre pressures.

if it was your first trackday then i'd say it's a pressure issue rather than a suspension issue, but as above,a picture will shed a lot more light on it.

not my first track day . just first on that bike.

    had 28 front and rear.

ill try and get some pics up. wasnt sure if it was a symptom of me trail braking heavily. i was having braking issues into hairpins so was throwing it in on the brakes ( not my normal style ). the lever was coming back to the bar :) something to work on i think
