Think I already know the answer but thought I would ask anyways. Have a chance of a decent trailed but it is a motocross jobby. Would take the weight of the blade no problem and it is long enough. Thing is the main ramp that the bike sits on is only just over 5.5".

I think this is too narrow but is it?

    Yep, too narrow.

My 'Track' is 8" wide and it leaves little room for error with the 190 Back Tyre.

If it's a good trailer otherwise I'd still buy it, having a bigger Track made by a local engineering firm shouldn't cost more than a Oner.

This is an image of mine from the OEM's website.

The centre channel with sides is 8" wide and is a perfect fit for any bike with a Tyre size of 200mm or less.

Ace value as well so have a look before U pay too much for a used one.

I've got 10 inches ooerr! Both the ramp and the runner. Plenty of room for error.

I'm happy with my 8" Muff as other blokes with bigger ones tell me that they get refused 'Rear Entry' as it's too painful!

I have a pass for both entrances with my modest equipment! :D

Thanks for the info. Was what I thought when I saw how small 5.5" was in relation to the rear tyre :( With the price he wants having a new runner fitted would push it into the too expensive bracket.

considering a R6 has a 5.5" rear rim and the tyre is wider than the rim, I don't think you'll get much on it besides a 400 or cross bike. Can't you just get another ramp?

It was a deal off ebay we were both happy with. The cost of getting a new ramp etc meant I was no longer willing to pay the agreed price. Will track it on ebay anyway so it may not be a totally dead deal yet.

Can you get on the TDR forum? There's one in Lincoln for £250.

Well the missus managed to find one hidden away on ebay with a but it now of £150, Quick drive down to Northampton and I now have a trailer :) Was originally for motocross bikes but should handle a single blade ok and tows bloody well as well. It needs a bit of TLC but nothing a quick rub down and paint won't fix.

Not the greatest pics as was dark when we got back, but hey I got a trailer :D
