I have had mixed results, some have incurred charges and some have not. I did have two which were held up because there were outstanding charges but no-one had informed me. I finally located them at the main sorting office in Norwich, they told me I had to pay the duty before they could release them, I asked when they had informed me and they admitted they had not sent anything out to me ????? I told them my telepathic ability was not very good and wondered if in the future they could actually write to me ? Once I had the reference numbers and paid Customs online they were released for posting and I got them. I have found buying from Europe is often cheap as well and you do not run any risk of charges.
