Anyone help with instructions for fitting side brackets on a 2006 blade, I bought mine with the brackets supplied un-installed and can see how they fit on the tail tidy but don't get how they attach to the peg area. also there are 2 steel washers and 2 rubber ones that I can't figure either. Any help or instruction would be greatly appreciated.
From memory, the front of the brackets fit on the rearward bolts of the pillion pegs, and the steel washers go between the frame and the front bolts of the pegs, to even up the angle of the pegs. Not so sure about the rubber ones, but I thing they go on the tail tidy end, the size should help give more of a clue. HTH!
appreciate the reply mate, so the bracket attaches between the peg and frame with the washer equalising the peg on the other bolt. Will look at it again tomorrow, cheers.
