I have an RR7 blade and ages ago I found the Ventura luggage system online second hand for cheap so I bought it. Problem was the rails were from an RR4 and they don't fit an RR7. (RR 2004 is the H121/B and the 2007 model is the H125/B kit.) i'm now planning a trip so want to use the luggage. To buy new ones are £100. Does anyone know the difference and is it possible to modify them? Or where I might be able to get a set second hand? Annoyingly I'm planning to buy a new bike soon so only really need them for one trip!
I'd be very surprised if it couldn't be made to fit as my Rentec luggage rack fits both my RR5 and RR6. I can't see any difference in the tail on either bike.
