Preston Honda had one in the other week, perhaps worth giving Kevin a ring? Was in TT legends unregistered and under £9000 Tbh I was tempted myself but it would have just been sat in the garage doing nothing :edit: Just looking on their web page for a link and it's no longer on there. Still worth a phone call though?
THe CB1000r forum is very active - def. worth posting a wanted up as like here you always get a turn over of bikes . Don't have the link but sure a quick search on google will locate it.
I am a member on the forum and have just bought a CB two weeks ago..... any reason why you want a 2012 and beyond ???
Not me, its my workmate, he normally buys new or nearly new, and its for commuting, so thats what he wants.
Ok, just for info for him, since Honda introduced the bike in early 2008 the only two changes, made up to and including 2014, are slightly thicker bars in 2011 (gold ones) and some small led bulbs in the front round light, also in 2011..... that's it. If he simply wants a CB to commute on and does not have a private plate (like me) so needs a certain registration year then i would go for the best condition 2008/2009 bike and save a lot of cash. It's a great bike for the commute by the way.
