Got this for sale fitted it to my 2009 blade then bought an i phone 5 so cant use this .i didnt even use it just fitted it click on link it will tell you what you get in the kit. What i will say is though the stem on the blade 2009 is a lot bigger than the fork stem attachment that is with the kit ,but all i did was wrap a bit of rubber around the Ultimate addons fork stem attachment and it was secure,the one that comes with it is 17.5mm-20.5mm which is the largest they do.
