Well I'll be back on two wheels come the weekend, but it's not a Blade lads sorry, hope I'm still welcome here, I've just been and bought a brand new ZX10R 30th anniversary pick it up Fri or Sat depends on work roll on will get some pics up as soon as she's home. Jase.
Traitor.................... how could you....................almost as bad as defecting to a beemer......
Yes stay here mate, the Kwak forum is absolute poo, one post every 3 weeks You will love the zx10 and the 30th anniversary colours are about the best imo, i know Jay has been looking at this particular one. A completely different bike to the Blade but both are outstanding.... You could follow my running in method, it goes like this.. On leaving the showroom take it straight to the nearest motorway and do a top speed test, for me its important to see if it can do the 185mph promised, mine did and although it read 185mph on the clock i could feel it still pulling. I then slow down and repeat just to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke. Thats the top speed test taken care of, next is the track test. Take it to the nearest track and rag it around to see how quick you can do a lap, this tests the bike and your skills, my skills were a little lacking but the bike performed flawlessly, the tyres aren't the best so you may need to get better ones. You may notice this little sign flash up when riding on the street, this sign indicates that you are riding economically, ignore this and open the throttle as this actually means you are riding like a 9 year old girl and i do believe it sends a signal to Kawasaki UK alerting them that your not fit to be riding such a powerful machine. Most of all enjoy your new ride mate, all my advice is free and spot on
Welcome comrade , I see we have another defector On a serious note Sinewave, have a word with Alan Padgett at Kawasaki Autorama ,Batley, he's sorted me out a cracking deal Jase.
