What do you use to protect your frame from your knees !!!

Ok, i have a 954 but i suspect the solution will be the same whatever sportsbike we have, i want to stop my knees rubbing on the frame either side and ' wearing ' the paint away. I have seen a few examples where that has happened, not to keen on those dots & strips things you see in the Oxford catalogue !

Any body use something a bit more classy ?

Honda have dealt with this on the 2012 with extending the tank protectors.

I had some Ventureshield left over so i cut 2 frame shaped pieces and put that on the area your knees rub. Doesn't stick out to much and does the job for me.

 

Cheers for that, i have seen some carbon frame protectors which look very nice actually.

 

Dont ride it ?

 

keep your knees on the tarmac then you dont have to worry about it

 

I'm more concerned about protecting the road from my knees!
