    Colin,

I used the SBS 841RS (Brembo M4) sintered pads on my outing in September to Knockhil.. Great performance, only thing i would mention was they were knackered after those 160 laps! they were pretty new late summer and I didn't do many road miles in them. Would look at the carbon ones for my next track outing..

Our very own Silver fox recommended them after I fried a set of Brembo's n the Scotland tour- Sintered better for road though due to having to need heat in them.

Best I have ever used are bendix pads and people same to rave about them. Also heard good from guys on here about SBS. Tried some Ferodo pads on my last outing a croft last year and they were also very good.

I nearly tried bendix but they were twice the price... Some dude lent me a set of sbs in the end.

Might give em a go if I can find some at right price!!

The ultimate Track pad is the Brembo ZO4 but they cost big Dollar at around £90 per caliper.

I use the cheaper Brembo RC range at £35 per caliper for dry use, they're no use for wet weather as they don't get hot enough and tbh are dam right dangerous with no heat in em.

I swap over to SBS Dual Carbon pads when the Wets go on and they are ACE straight outa the pits, cheap too at £32 for the full set.

It's looking like SBS dual carbon then.

So long as they are decent enough as I have no intention of breaking any lap records yet ;)

Sbs dual carbon for me coz of cost and are good for track days, the bendic mcr's are the best I've ever used superb pads.
Would never use brembo's they where very good but only lasted a trackday and with now sharing the bike with Maz they are a no go for me and they are soooo expensive.

For a blade it's hard to beat standard. Sbs were good on my gixxer with r6 calipers. But was slower then.
I'm goin to try hrc pads as I got a few sets. Buuuut not cheap as they are £140 a full set

Edit and performance friction for a blade

SBS duel carbon seem to be the favourite amongst most track and race guys I know because of the reasonable price and excellent performance.
