Can't make it, but cheers for putting a really clear title - rather than 'meet up Sunday' without opening folk know if its an option from title - its a minor / pet hate of mine when folk post vague details for meet ups! Rant (well , not really a rant more observation) over!

That's 'cos you have very little time on your hands Alan from all that touring :D

I'll see if i can get a pass as i need an excuse to wear out what's left of my rear tyre ready for the next one.
If butties are at 11:30 then i may have time to arrive as i won't be able to leave Lincoln until just after 9.

Definitely a good ride out. Seeing Simon leaning right over makes me realise how I much need to get myself on track as I still don't feel as confident, but that's my rear tyre now wasted. New one going on 2mo.

I only took the 1 photo, but just in case nobody said, " Nice bike".

Thanks mate, good to meet you today. That photo reminds me how much I need a haircut, and to stop eating as many pies.

Yeah it's tempting, just need to get 13th at work out of the way first. Just checked the No Limits site though and 17th is £155, but 16th at Cadwell is only £99 and up the road from me. Hmmm, stay tuned :D

Dont need to in my job, but i have one of those jobs to do on monday that really must happen on the monday. On the plus side i've arranged to collect the generator up on the way home. Won a set of tyre warmers on ebay too, my have to buy a 2nd genny if it's not up to the job though, but at least i'll have plenty of time to test it all.

In the mean time, the weather should be ok for you, it was scorchio today :)

Yeah looks quite nice tomorrow, will let you how we get on with the gennys, we have a 2500w one and an 850w, what size is the one you won?
we thought the 2500w can power 3 of tyre warmers and the 850w will do the other one?
now why are all our kettles 3000w? makes 2.5Kw seem rather small

It's only 720w. Just checked my power drill and that's 500w, although probably at maximum load.
If it turns out that it only powers one tyre warmer then i'll either buy another on of the same for the other warmer, or buy a bigger one. I bought this one as it's small enough to carry around and fit in the boot of my car, but i still may end up upgrading.
