Where to get new tires.

    Ok guys, so I'm looking for new rubber in the next couple of weeks. I think it will be Metzeler M5's. anybody recommend the cheapest/best place I can get them?

    Shing, a mate spanner monkey gets mine dude, but anywhere on tinternet will be cheaper. If not, order them through tyre fitter for a ride in/ride out.

    +1 on getting them online and getting them fitted locally. I've a bloke round the corner from me who'll do a fit & balance for £25 - If you can find somewhere like that you'll definitely save by getting them online.

    Yeah, had em on 600rr and loved em. 2 scotland trips and a euro tour as well as weekend rides and the odd commute had to go for STs. Ill never be quick enough to push em past their limit anyway, if theyre good enough for ron haslam theyre deffo good enough for me. :)

    I got told they use roadsmarts al, either way if ST tyres can be used on track im happy putting them on my blade, ive rode the bt023s too and the roadsmart, for me, is far better

    Quick update guys.. Booked in tomorrow for Metzeler m5's. £233 quid ride in ride out.

    I've heard the Roadsmart 2 is much better than the 023 and better than the PR3 in the dry.

    Your going to love the m5's mate. Everyone I know that has used them, have stuck with them.

    Try SBK City if you're in London. They've always been good for me.
