Which exhaust ?

    I'm torn between the yoshimura r77 or the leo vince gp pro. Has any one ordered from the states ?

    What's the import duty like on the r77 ?

    You'll pay vat at 20% and a small handling charge normally from the carrier for customs clearance! I got a rear shock from the states and was sent via USPS and Royal Mail this side

    Thanks for the reply. Just worked it out and it still comes in at over £500. Think ill wait for a used one to come up for sale.

    I ordered a yoshi from biohazard cycles email tom direct and will mark as a gift to save import tax etc, worked out around £450, worth every penny!

    You still pay full tax on gifts, sadly. The only way to not get clobbered is for the sender to under declare the value, which is illegal and which might have implications for the insurance.

    Mine was marked as a gift with a value of £100, you take the risk, I know many from here have ordered from biohazard cycles without a hitch

    Yup, he marks them down in value, so you pay less import. Good lad.

    we get raped on import, VAT, TAX every fekin day, good on him and us for avoiding a few quid. The bastards can go sing for it in my opinion.

    A new Yoshi for £450 inc delivery from US when it's £750 here.... i bought one from US.
