Im sure this has been asked a thousand times so I'm sorry. But running a standard rr4,looking for more mid range, what way do I need to go sprocket wise?

AFAIK most start with +2 on the rear and then add -1 to the front when the novelty wears off ;)

Yeah but the front sprocket is cheaper than rears and equals about same as going up by 2.25ish teeth at the rear! ;)

-1f increases your wheelbase though which will hinder turn in ;) best do rear first and decrease your wheelbase making the bike turn better too :D

That explains why I have a longer chain for the +4 rear. It's not necesserilay to make the sprocket fit, it's to keep the axle back where it should be.

Throw on a decent chain and a standard sprocket from a later blade. Puts +2 on the rear from memory and reasonable life from the sprocket. Some of the fancy alloy sprockets are bling for bling sake and actually made of cheese. Well some cheese has a longer life expectancy. [emoji4]
