I was going say Hawes is a bit far for me! Im no good on ferries as I found out going to the Isle on Man. Thought I was going to throw up. It looked like I was drunk, walking about with the ferry rocking side to side.
Well I've been out. Good run but a bit windy in fact very windy in parts. 170 miles round trip. Milnthorpe to Settle to Hawes to Kirby Stephen to Middleton in Teesdale to Alston to Hartside Cafe to Kendal to home.
Otley, Greenhow, Grassington, Kettlewell, Aysgarth, Hawes, Kirkby Stephen, Middleton In Teesdale, Alston, Hartside, then back 240 ish miles Kevin1 - I saw a black blade with Taylormade exhaust @ Hartside - was that yours?
You both put some miles on I only was out for an hour. Just went round bradgate park way in Leicester. Always put a smile on my face!
Told the wife, im off out for a quick spin on the bike at 12pm....came back at 5pm!!! Awesome day, sunny weather and good twisty roads...win win...initially went out on my own but met some buddies as i was heading home and they persuaded me to go with them again
No, not me Ian. Mines just a boring standard black one. Although I do like the Taylor Made exhaust. It was a bit windy over the tops wasn't it? I was there at about 3ish. there was a Repsol there.
Yes Windy but can't complain for the time of year! I was up there 11:30 ish - and they were queuing to the door at the Café! Loads of Blades at Hartside and Hawes.
