Hi everyone don't know if anyone else has come across this but my mate told me about this harpic 10 maxtoilet cleaner in a black bottle.he had used on his stainless headers on his cb1000r and it had brought them up a treat. Any way I was in tesco and saw it on the shelf only a quid so thought I'd give it a go. Used it on my link pipe that had become tarnished and had tar on it. Put a bit in a paint can lid and dabbed it on with a brush taking care not to get it on anything else including me as it's a bit costic. Left it ten minutes then wiped it off. What a difference. Light Polish with autosol and like new. I did my headers too but as they weren't stainless it didn't have the same effect. Still got all the crud and crap off.
have you tried stainless steel cleaners? I will try the harpic in my bathroom though. thanks for the tip
