    We've got one escaped and flying around Exeter at the minute. Poor buggers been on the loose for a month now. Keeps being photographed in people's gardens. By the time his owner gets there, he's flown off again.

    cheers fella that was taken with a nikon d7000 and i think a tamron 70-300 di vc usd to be honest mate i havent been into it that long and am deleting a lot more than i keep which is getting really frustrating

    The white owl was taken would you believe through a mesh enclosure a few years ago, using a nikon d80 with i think my 70-300 lens.
    and yes its normal to shoot lots of pics and then save the special ones.

    A mate had a falconry centre a few years back and had quite a few owls. He had two Snowy owls, the male was so imprinted you could walk into his flight pick him up and cuddle him like a baby, a stunning bird.

    A friend has a male and female, lovely birds but bonkers.

    yes mate its my breeding female she is an ai bird i have a male doner as well

    would love one of those! How much is a bird like that fella? What sort of cost to keep one? Do you need any sort licence? Sorry for all the questions mate just really interested in birds of prey
