As per title not mine but they are on motoforum CBR1000RR8-11 WP Comp Shock.(hi low speed comp and rebound) £300 Has remote preload adjuster but the internal nut in the adjuster has broken. If you can ali weld it would be fine but im sure WP germany could replace the part. CBR1000RR8-11 20mm WP internal forks £400.
I was very tempted to get the shock but it looks a bit rough in the photos. Even at £300 notes if you say £200-250 to replace the Hydraulic Preload Adjuster (I can't see them repairing it) and £150-200 for a service and overhaul your looking at around £700 and you can get a brand new TTX36 for £800 ish so not quite the bargain it first seems IMO. I reckon it would be ok for a racer or track dayer but not on someone's pride and joy.
have you seen the bike it came from? he is selling it on there also...... worst condition 09 ive seen!
Very rare that something is a bargain in my experience, you normally get what you pay for unfortunately.
