Great quality Si. Not sure if you could beat that .I like the street photos like the old women as all the detail is there it just needs tapping into.Looking forward to some more
Si,love the picture of the old lady, you just know shes had one hell of a life......its me in 30 years time.
You'd kill for those gloves in kangaroo hide wouldn't you Ash. Si, you've got a seriously good eye for reportage portraiture sir. Hat being raised whilst typing.
i have Just reviewed my post and forgot she's a scouser so perhaps she's not that old and maybe about 35 .Ha!!!!!!!!!
What kind of camera do you use si? I'm thinking of treating myself at Christmas but not sure if go full slr route or some thing like the Nikon 1 series
It's a Canon 5d mk3 mate. I bought it because I was frustrated by the AF of the 550d, although the 550d is a fab camera the 5d is in another league. The high iso capability on the 5d is ace... No flash needed on any of these pics... It's super clean at 12,000 iso too. But, decent lenses have a far better impact on image quality than a new camera body. I would get good glass before a top notch body, as I feel all dslr cameras these days are fantastic, you need to find a body that suits your style, wether is high frames per sec for sports, af focus points etc...
The 5d mk III is in the league that the 5d used to sit the baby 5d mk II on its knee and say would exist at some point in the future when we all rode hover bikes and ate food in pill form.
