I have owned my HMQS for approx 18months and have had a few problems with it ,the first been in Jerez in November then at Oulton park Last Saturday so I sent it back to ask them to check it and was more than happy to pay for what ever needed doing to fix it as it was out of warranty and I accept As brilliant as they are things can go wrong with anything Electrical and I know a few that have these that have had no problems. So a big thankyou to Lee and Ben at HMQS for sending me a brandnew QS something I didn't expect and can say I don't know any company out there that would replace something that is out of warranty just goes to show how the team at HMQS stand behind there excellent product. So thanks from a very happy customer.
Yes customer service counts for a lot , cause you'll go back Nothing worse than being fobbed off by other company's ,
