Props to tom at biohazard in the states. Service has been excellent. Now received the r77 and going to fit tomorrow as I'm off out tonight (don't want to now!) to me 2011 blade. Any fitting tips and help would be greatly appreciated as I've heard they can be a pain in the penis to fit. Thanks lads. Andy.

If you don't mind me asking, did you get stung for import duty from the states?

    Thanks,

Not the worse job mate. Worse thing will be if the exhaust clamp is rusted. Mine snapped so it came off just fine.
Before you tighten it all up, make sure the trim panel fits with all bolts in loosely.
Take the O2 sensor out of the old pipe and don't forget to wind about 3 turns into the O2 sensor before refitting it as by the time you wind it in it'll be all twisted up.

Stick some copper slip into the joints to allow you to move things about a little and to make removal easier in the future.

Also the flat bracket with the folds in either end will need bolting to the lower exhaust collector bracket for the trim plate mounting before the exhaust gets fitted as its a pig after..

Dude I only got charged 28 quid. Tom marker the package as gift to the value of £100. I pad 460 delivered. Was quoted £670 in the UK so was a no brainer. Saved a couple hundred quid.
