    1. Not too bad to fit, the only thing that was a faff was removing the sensor from the stock can, and aligning the heat shield.

2.I kept mine in one piece to install, and didn't take the yoshi apart at all to fir it.

    3. It's loud :D

I will be fitting a pcv when funds allow as it hunts at idle a bit. The baffle cures the lumpy idle, but i will be running the can without it.

On another note, the carbon belly pan is on its way...it'll be here Thursday after just speaking to zero limits. Lee, are you busy Sunday for an hour or 2?

I also need some heat reflective material for the bellypan, anyone know where I can get some??

Oh nice one Si, mine has cleared customs and waiting for payment, just waiting for the post office note to come through :)
What do you do with the flappy thing in the exhaust that has a cable pully thing.....? When you take it off does it light up the dash?

Also can you fit a PCV anywhere I dont want to loose the small space under the seat.
Oh cant wait for mine now :)

You need to take off the cable from the servo and this pulls out when you take the standard can off, and put the servo back in original position, otherwise you'll get a fault light on the dash...it's dead easy and I done this anyway for the flapper mod with the standard can..

The pcv is tiny mate, and you won't use up much space at all.

Use this vid mate, makes it easy:

Like I said, the only faff was taking the sensor off the original can, as the wire twists, but putting it back on is a cinch.

Incidentally lee, I,ve ordered this for the belly pan:

Thermo-Tec Adhesive Backed Heat Barrier Nimbus Motorsport

Dead cheap, and after talking to the bloke just now, should be more than sufficient for the job.

    Looks great mate!

You should, with a little bit of fiddling, be able to lose the gap between the bellypan and the Yoshi heatshield!

Sorry to be picky, I know, I hate me too :)
