If you are struggling with that baffle mate, I can modify it or make you another one. Got any pix and dimensions?

Si the baffle was tight when I fitted it to my Yoshi R77 for my TD. Just took a belt sander to the edges and it was fine. you don't notice it when fitted. the can was it from the US? mine is and has nothing on.

And only fit the baffle when you need IE Track days

As I said just take a belt sander to the baffle and it will fit just right.
BUT BIG BUT be careful when fitting the bold to it as if it drops in the void between the baffle and outside its a right fecker to get out

mine was from bio hazard but never had any labels/stickers attached. my baffle was and still is tight. slowly tapped it in with the wooden handle of a mallet. only way to take out was remove can and push back out. will adjust to fit soon. they do sound sweet!!

it's not difficult after you sand the sides a bit. only just a bit tight so rather than hammering it in it fit better

Once its gone in and out a few times it loosens up a bit... oh errr!

The best bit about the baffle is watching it turn gold when it gets hot! It freaked me out a first, goes in black, TD and Brands, then came out gold?!
