You will get hit with import and VAT buying from the states. They won't release it to the shipping company until paid or DHL will pay in advance sometimes and hold the parcel till you pay then let you collect it

    A lot of hassle.

I bought a Yoshirmura exhaust from these guys a few years ago for my 600rr at the time.

They are US based despite what it says about them being based in MK.

When my exhaust turned up it was direct from the states, the packaging was listed as warranty replacement item with an insured value of $49.

I paid no import tax, but your are on dodgy grounds... potentially worth it for though. I got my can for £300 instead of £620 at the time because the exchange rates were good.

I'm torn between the Yoshi and the TaylorMade exhaust for my Repsol now :(

GSP - no contest AFAIC - get the Yoshi!
Here are some of the issues I've heard of with the TM:-
    loss of power
    vibrates itself to bits
    heavy for what it is
    corrodes
    doesn't fit properly
    discolours swingarm
    discolours it's own filler panel

I bought 2 exhausts in the last 12 months from Superbike Supply. A Leo Vince for my Repsol which arrived in around 10 days. They also marked the package as $50 so only had to pay around £16 in fees (Royal Mail's handling fee was over half that).

I got my Akra race can from them too. This took a little longer as it came direct from their distributor. The price I paid was $769 including UK shipping. This works out at around £485 all in including shipping and fees. They were also do the Yoshi carbon slip on with filler panel for $579 (£352 + shipping)

Would certainly buy again from the states as UK prices are ridiculous.
