Should get my exhaust for blade early next week, just looking for any advice fitting? Do you have to remove the belly pan? Best way to fit the trim cover ? Is it best to assemble all in one piece or separate?

No need to remove the belly pan. I fitted mine in one piece, quite easy just fiddly. The best way to fit the trim cover is just patience lining it up properly.

the long middle bracket for the cover go,s thru the bend of the link pipe but is difficult to fit after pipe is on so is worth ftting this bracket first then assemble the link pipe around the bracket. to get mine perfectly lined up i had to pack the said long bracket from the cover with a few washers on the inside. hope this helps!!

Fit the first bracket as stated above but keep it loose so you can move it a little later on
then fit the exhaust because once its fitted it will obviously be in a fixed possition. then its just a case of moving the brackets around a little untill they all line up to get the pannel to fit perfectly, as already said be patient and it will all come good
