I am after a Yoshi R77, there are a few on ebay but they all say that they are for the ABS version (08-11 model) Would there be any difference between a slip on for an ABS and non ABS bike? I doubt it.
No there isn't. If buying new check this site out. YOSHIMURA 1202207 R-77 TITANIUM TI CF SO EXHAUST CBR1000RR 08-11
OK thanks I have ordered one + PC5 and 02 sensor eliminator. Anyone got a decent map (apart from the one on the dynojet website)?
Got the same and the K&N filter. Fitted it all myself very easily too! The dynojet map is pretty good just needs adjusting at the bottom end to smooth out the hunting revs but will defo get you going. I'll be getting a dyno map at BSD soon, just deciding if I'm getting the quickshifter with ignition module first too, oh and then there's rearsets....
Navvy WTF you were telling me I spend too much money............................................. Ive organised the tail tidy, fork protectors, rear bobbins, and a zero gravity Corsa screen to be fitted. Next after that will be HEL lines and the Brembo RCS when I've got a bit more money, then finally a set of M4's. Will probably put a set of Michelin pilot Road 3's on her when I get back, as I have them on the Speedie and they are fecking awesome
ASV levers before HEL lines, for me. Transforms the look of the bike, particularly so with Black ones.
I would be looking at the HEL lines as the one of the last mods. The brakes as standard are totally awesome so until a few more track days are done and/or I start to get that spongy feel then I will consider them. A quickshifter has gotta be a much higher priority mod and also rearsets etc I love the look of ASV levers but they are awful to grab due to the sharp angular edges so switched to Pazzo for better comfort and a bit of a bonus they are 12quid cheaper per lever too. Sorry to take thread off topic
Navvy mate, Firstly hope youre alright mucker ?? Is the Brembo master cylinder the better option if i am going down that route or do Pazzo do one ? Alternatively if I get the Brembo RCS, can I put other levers on it ??
Hey Jonny! You will have to speak to other members about the Brembo RCS etc as I just went down the route of changing the levers and not messing with the master cylinder stuff. So that's 150quid for the pair and 5mins to fit
Yeah, another vote for Pazzo levers, just that bit better than ASV's and just that bit cheaper as a 'Brucie Bonus'!
